Great job, Katie!

Katie has been a long-term resident at Horizon. Prior to her recent therapy, she seldom left her bed and demonstrated limited progress. Thanks to her revitalized therapy program, Katie now gets out of bed five days a week.

She is consistently making positive strides, and our team genuinely enjoys collaborating with her and supporting her journey. We take great pride in Katie’s determination and eagerly anticipate witnessing her continued improvement!
